These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 365pak ("365pak", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 365pak website, platform, and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, arcade titles, and any promotional or bonus features offered therein.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any 365pak service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use any 365pak service. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 365pak reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online casino and sports betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 365pak makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all locations. Players in Pakistan are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their province, city, and under federal law.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one 365pak account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 KYC Verification. 365pak is required to verify player identities in accordance with its obligations as an operator. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the restriction of withdrawal functionality.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365pak login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 365pak will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login details.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify 365pak immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. Contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 14 of these Terms.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 365pak account at any time by contacting the support team. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any pending KYC verification and provided no outstanding disputes, chargebacks, or investigations are pending.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 365pak reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 365pak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major Pakistani bank transfers including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 365pak reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. A minimum deposit amount may apply per transaction. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the deposit page within your 365pak account. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 365pak aims to process withdrawals within 24 hours of a verified request being received, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification steps required.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per time period. Current limits are displayed in your 365pak account settings. 365pak reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits to your 365pak account must only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 365pak platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. 365pak reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects fraud, match-fixing, or system error.
5.2 Odds and Prices. Odds displayed on the 365pak sportsbook are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time a bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Market movements after bet placement do not affect confirmed bets.
5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; there has been a manifest error in the price offered; or the event or market does not comply with 365pak's betting rules. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance at the original stake.
5.4 Casino Game Outcomes. All 365pak casino and arcade games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent of previous rounds and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed outcomes per session.
5.5 Disputes. Any dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, or account transaction must be raised with 365pak support within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers available on 365pak are subject to individual eligibility criteria as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. 365pak reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion and to withdraw any offer where abuse or fraud is suspected.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a 365pak account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Players are advised to read all promotion terms in full before opting in.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 365pak prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, and any other conduct intended to circumvent the purpose of a promotion. 365pak reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and void associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified.
6.4 Maximum Bonus Winnings. Unless otherwise specified, maximum winnings that may be derived from bonus funds may be capped. The applicable cap, if any, is stated in the promotion terms. Cash winnings from real-money wagers are not subject to a cap arising solely from bonus terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365pak platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 365pak content without prior written authorisation.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.2 365pak does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We undertake reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 365pak's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9.4 Your use of the 365pak platform is at your own risk. Gambling carries inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose funds deposited on the platform and that 365pak is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gambling activity.

365pak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 365pak will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the 365pak platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 365pak platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation by contacting 365pak support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
